When your wedding photographer is more than just a transaction, the goodness that can come out of it is priceless! I met with Brittany in Escondido with her best friend Laura. In an hour, there was already tears and mass amounts of laughter. We connected on many levels, an obsession of “Gilmore Girls” being one of them! Due to this connection Brittany knew she would be comfortable sharing this intimate life event with me. She didn’t just choose me for my craft. After months of messaging and emailing, capturing their wedding felt like one of the biggest joys to photograph, and delivering the images didn’t feel like a goodbye, rather a continued celebration, as I knew I’d stay in touch!

Friends. Clients to friends. Photographer to friends. It’s just the best, and it’s a part of the business that keeps me going. Having a relationship-based business is my heart and soul. I’m so thankful to have met these beautiful people. My husband and I actually were in Maui the same time as Will and Brittany for their Honeymoon, and we actually met up and looked at turtles together in Napili Bay. Such an incredible gift.

Oh and I HAVE to say…I’ve always loved working with the staff of Milagro Winery. They’ve been respectful, timely, understanding and legit game to cater to everything the couple wants, especially when it comes to photos! I just continue to be so in awe of them. It’s not just a job, you can tell they truly love what they do. I believe it makes such a difference for the clients, guests and vendors. All of this plays such a part in the success of your day!
