Things in the wedding industry are constantly changing. The best vendors, in the know, to help guide you through the pivots, are coordinators. They will make your life easy, and your wedding flow as smooth as butter! This is the third post in a series that will be sharing some of my top wedding coordinators in the San Diego area.

They aren’t posted in any particular order of excellence, as they all are, in my opinion, top notch. You can’t go wrong with any of them. The styles, availably, prices, and collections may differ, so I’m hoping you’ll connect with one of them! We are all booking up fast through 2022, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them! 

Kimberly White of Kim and Crew 

A newer coordinator to me, but not new in the business! This gal instantly made me feel like there was no stress in the room, that there wasn’t a pandemic, that there weren’t restrictions, and that people weren’t wearing masks everywhere (they were, don’t worry). She had a demeanor that was light, airy, and positive. Legit made lemonade out of lemons.

Let me tell you, now is the time to judge vendors based on how they showed up for their clients in 2020. I felt like I just wanted to have coffee and chat with Kimberly, and ask her all the things. Don’t let the calming presence fool you, she’s a BOSS, and made the most amazing intimate wedding happen, in the most stressful of times. She followed all guidelines, all the same. I was impressed and I will be singing her praises for years to come.
